In this informative information session, you will learn the basics of using the Creighton Model for approaching your fertility.

What is the Creighton Model and How Does it Work?

The Creighton Model focuses on understanding cervical mucus biomarkers. The data you collect from your daily observations of these biomarkers will inform Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM) doctors of any underlying fertility risks and help them find the most appropriate evidence-based treatments.This model works closely with NaProTECHNOLOGY specialists to identify and treat women’s health issues including:

• Infertility
• PCOS
• Endometriosis
• Irregular or Heavy Periods
• Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS)
• Recurring Miscarriage
• Postpartum Depression

This intro to Creighton is taught by a Certified FertilityCare Practitioner and will provide you with an overview of how the method works and how it can be tailored to your specific reproductive health needs/challenges or family planning goals. It is the foundation for learning the method and an introduction – but is not sufficient for a true understanding of how to use the model.

After the Introductory Session, you have the option to receive 1:1 private virtual coaching in order to start learning this comprehensive charting method. While the charting takes place independently, the coaching is meant to support you in gaining confidence in the method as well as your unique biomarkers.
